| Lurking by the Ladies Tee |
We had quite an interesting day today. We had booked to play golf at Heritage
Harbour but when Ben looked to see where the course was this morning he realised
that there was another club with the same name further away. He phoned to find
out which one he had booked and discovered it was the one further away and not
the one he intended to book. It said it was 46 miles away. We left in plenty of
time but when he put the address in the satnav it said the distance was 78
miles. We thought we had plenty of time to get there but weren't very happy at
having to drive so far for a round of golf. The traffic as usual was very busy
and it was quite a hair raising journey. We arrived at the course with about 15
minutes to spare.

The course turned out to be lovely. It was quiet and we were
able to play on our own. It was very pretty with lots of wildlife and was green
and well maintained, by far the best we have played since we came here. We
thoroughly enjoyed the course and wish it was closer so we could play it again.
The drive back was much quicker with less traffic.
We stopped at a Mexican
restaurant on the way back and had a mediocre meal. After a brief stop at Publix
as we were passing, we arrived home at about 8.30pm.
